The glimpses of the river from the bathroom window were a nice touch, and the bed was quite comfortable for a good night's sleep. the service from the staff was impressive once my initial complaint about the room was resolved.

The initial room I was offered was quite disappointing, as it had no windows, and I couldn't help but feel like it was a ploy to get me to pay more for a proper room. the new room I was given was better, but it was still small and unconventional, with a bathroom that felt like a transparent barrier between the inside and outside of the room.

I appreciated the comfortable bed during my business trip and the fantastic location that gave me glimpses of the river from my bathroom window. Plus, the staff provided excellent service once they fixed my initial room complaint.
